Hurricane Command (Server Only)

• Adds /hurricane spawn one (also works as /hurricane spawn) for operators. Spawns a 45-second storm at the caller’s position that is about 30 blocks wide and 45 blocks tall, drifting slowly in a random direction.
• Nearby solid blocks in that column are lifted into the vortex and orbit as gravity-disabled falling blocks; it keeps scooping new blocks as it moves, up to roughly 200 at a time.
• Unbreakable blocks, fluids, and blocks with block entities are skipped to avoid crashes or dupes. Pulled blocks are removed from the world while swirling.
• When the timer ends (or a chunk unloads them), the swirling blocks are discarded and their block items drop where they were last seen; the terrain is not restored automatically.
• Uses only vanilla entities/commands and targets dedicated servers, so vanilla clients can join without the mod installed.
• Suggested use: trigger away from protected builds, since the hurricane leaves holes and only returns blocks as drops.
