• Added the Netherite Nuke Control Panel block and its item; it shows up in the Redstone creative tab and uses the vanilla netherite block look.
• Activating the block (right-click or any redstone power) removes it and triggers a TNT-style explosion centered on the panel with a 100-block blast radius.
• Explosion logic runs server-side only to avoid duplicate triggers, but the blast is intentionally massive and can cause significant terrain damage or lag on large worlds.
• No custom textures are required; the block relies on existing netherite visuals for a hardened control-panel feel.
