Rem's Flail

• Added a Rem-inspired flail usable on Paper 1.21.10 servers; obtain it in-game with /remsflail (requires one empty inventory slot).
• The flail item is a marked lead with custom name/lore; only one active flail can fly per player at a time to avoid spam.
• Left-click while holding the flail to launch a chained projectile that you can steer mid-flight by moving your crosshair; each tick accelerates toward your current look direction without teleporting it.
• The projectile deals 20 damage on entity impact, has a 50-block leash, and auto-retracts after long flights, on impact, or when it reaches you; right-click while holding the flail triggers a manual pull-back.
• Flails are cleaned up if you log out or die; if the projectile is very close during retraction it despawns safely so nothing lingers.
• Combat feel can be tuned in FlailManager (speed caps, acceleration, range, lifetime) if you want a faster or slower recall in the future.
