SpeedBoots Mod Notes

• Adds Speed Boots armor that grants Speed 255 and Jump Boost III while worn; effects are removed instantly when the boots come off.
• The boots are registered under speedboots:speed_boots and appear in the Combat creative tab; you can also obtain them with /give @p speedboots:speed_boots.
• Effects are server-driven each tick to keep them active and to clear them immediately on removal.
• The boots use diamond durability stats; only one pair can be stacked at a time.
• Removing the boots also clears existing Speed and Jump Boost effects, even if they came from other sources.
• Texture and item model are included for inventory rendering.
