Inverted Spear of Heaven
Create sword with higher damage than Netherite; on-hit removes all potion effects from the target; on-hit instantly breaks shields.

Inverted Spear of Heaven adds a single high-powered sword. It hits harder than Netherite (netherite material with extra attack damage) and attacks at a slightly quicker swing speed. The item appears in the Combat creative tab under the name “Inverted Spear of Heaven.”
On hit, the weapon strips every active status effect from its target. If the target is blocking with a shield, the shield is destroyed instantly and blocking is stopped.
Notes and considerations:
- Registered as a client-side mod; for multiplayer servers, the server would also need matching logic for effects to take hold.
- No crafting recipe is included; obtain it through creative inventory or commands.
- Shield shatter only triggers when the target is actively blocking.
