Overworld portal mod notes

• Adds a return portal for quick overworld escapes. Build a 4x5 frame with a 2x3 opening using high-tier frame blocks (netherite blocks, diamond blocks, lodestone, crying obsidian, anything tagged as beacon base blocks, and compatible c:storage_blocks ores from other mods).
• Craft an Overworld Keystone (netherite blocks + diamond blocks + lodestone + nether star) and use it on an air block in the frame’s opening to ignite the portal; the keystone is consumed outside creative mode.
• Entering the portal sends players to their personal overworld spawn if set in that dimension, otherwise to the overworld spawn, with a brief built-in cooldown to avoid repeated triggers.
• Portal visuals reuse the vanilla nether portal texture but glow purple; the portal blocks themselves aren’t obtainable as items and are meant only for the constructed frame openings.
• Portals do not currently self-break if the frame is dismantled afterward; remove them manually if you take the frame apart.
