Staff Magic

• Added the Sky Mansion Staff (looks like a blaze rod) in the Tools tab; you can also obtain it with /give @s staffmagic:sky_mansion_staff.
• Right-click the staff on the server to run the vanilla place structure minecraft:woodland_mansion command 50 blocks above your current position; you get a message indicating whether it succeeded.
• Item is single-stack so it feels like a dedicated staff for summoning mansions.

Notes and limitations

• The mansion is placed at a fixed height offset and will float if you are underground; if you are near the build height, placement can fail and the staff will tell you.
• The structure is the standard woodland mansion layout; additional spacing or terrain checks are not performed.

✅ Server validation passed - The mod was tested on a real Minecraft server and loaded successfully.
