What was added
- Five new precious stones (jade, ruby, sapphire, topaz, aquamarine) for collectors and crafting ingredients.
- Three themed fossils (ancient, deepwater, aerial) as keepsakes that hint at the artifacts they empower.
- Artifact trinkets designed for the off-hand: Sacred Beads (regeneration and luck aura), Skinny Bone (strength and resistance), Aero Feather (speed and slow falling).
- Three elemental staffs with on-use spells: Ember Staff (fire resistance + strength with flame swirl), Tide Staff (dolphin’s grace + water breathing with bubbles), Gale Staff (speed + jump boost with wind trails). Staffs are faster to cast when an artifact sits in your off-hand.
How it works
- Equip an artifact in the off-hand to receive its aura; effects refresh every second while held.
- Staffs cast instantly on right-click, applying their spell to the wielder, playing a sound, and spawning themed particles around the player.
- Holding any artifact in the off-hand shortens staff cooldowns, pairing relics with spellcasting.
- All new items appear in the Ingredients tab, with artifacts and staffs also showing in the Combat/Tools tabs for easy creative access.
Notes and suggestions
- The mod is client-sided; for multiplayer worlds, ensure the server allows client-side content.
- Visual models reuse vanilla textures; custom art can be dropped in by replacing the item model textures under
assets/wizardyjewelry/models/item/.
