Black Hole TNT

Adds a Black Hole TNT block/item. It shows up in the Redstone creative tab and has a crafting recipe (obsidian + ender pearls + TNT around a nether star).
When ignited, it enters a 2-minute black hole phase that pulls entities and items inward and chews up nearby blocks without dropping them. The pull is strongest near the center and is accompanied by ash/portal particles.
After the 2-minute pull ends, the TNT goes dormant for another minute before detonating with a very large explosion.
The block drops itself when broken and can also chain from explosions (shorter fuse on chain reactions).

Notes and cautions

Extremely destructive and can lag or heavily alter terrain; use in isolated areas or testing worlds.
Indestructible blocks (like bedrock) are ignored by the black hole effect.
The recipe is expensive and intended for late-game use; you can also give it via creative inventory.
