Celestial Orbital Blade

Added two items under the celestialorbitalblade mod ID:
- Celestial Orbital Blade: netherite-grade sword with heavy bonus attack attributes, fireproof, and epic rarity. Right-click to fire an orbital laser where you are looking; it devastates anything in the impact column but never hurts the wielder. The laser leaves a purple/blue particle beam, explosion burst, and plays thunder/guardian sounds. Damage is effectively lethal (5000) and briefly ignites targets.
- Celestial Orb: fuel for the blade’s ultimate.
Ultimate requirements: consumes 3 Celestial Orbs and applies a 6-second cooldown on use. If you lack orbs or the blade is recharging, you get an action bar message instead of firing.
Targeting: the laser locks on to the first block/entity hit by a ~64-block raycast from the player view; on a miss it strikes 32 blocks straight ahead. It affects a ~4.5-block radius column around the strike point, sparing only the user.
Crafting:
- Celestial Orb (shapeless): 1 Ender Pearl + 1 Amethyst Shard + 1 Glowstone Dust → 1 orb.
- Celestial Orbital Blade (shapeless): 1 Netherite Sword + 1 Nether Star + 3 Celestial Orbs → 1 blade.
Creative tabs: the blade appears in Combat; the orb appears in Ingredients. Custom models/textures included for both items.
Notes/limits: the strike does not bypass creative/invulnerable players, and it can light nearby targets on fire for a moment. Cooldown and orb usage are enforced server-side.***
