Nether Chest Mod

• Adds a Nether Chest block with 500 storage slots, split into 10 pages using the familiar 9x6 vanilla container layout (last page has 14 active slots).
• Right-click to open your current page; sneak-right-click to cycle to the next page before opening. The action bar shows the current page number.
• Contents persist in the block entity and are accessible to hoppers from any side for automation.
• The chest drops its stored items when broken and supports comparator output based on fill level.
• Crafting recipe: netherite ingots in the corners, obsidian on edges, and an ender chest in the center.
• The block appears as a nether-brick cube and sits in the Functional creative tab.
• Known limitation: page switching is manual (sneak to cycle) and the UI shows unused slots on the final page that cannot accept items.
