CreateBigCannonaddon

• Added three creative-only small cannons (cast iron, brass, steel) that face placement direction and drop their loaded round when broken.
• Each cannon uses its own small round and matching charge; having one of each in your inventory and right-clicking loads instantly, faster than full-size cannons.
• Right-click while loaded fires a fast projectile along the barrel; damage and muzzle speed scale with material (steel is strongest).
• Ammo and propellant live in the Combat tab, cannons in Functional, and the projectile uses the held round’s appearance for rendering.
• Limitations/suggestions: no crafting recipes or automation hooks yet, and projectiles are kinetic only (no block damage). Consider adding Create Big Cannons integration, redstone firing, and dedicated textures later.
