CreeperSMP plugin overview

• Added personal home systems with /setphome <nome> and /phome <nome> using a green (&a) and gold (&6) themed UX: creation shows title/actionbar plus experience sound; teleport runs a 5s countdown with title, actionbar updates, success chat, and cancels on movement with creeper sound.
• Added personal casas with /setcasa <nome> and /casa <nome>; creation mirrors phomes and teleports after a 3s countdown with the same movement-cancel behavior and feedback effects.
• Permissions: phome.criar/phome.usar and casa.criar/casa.usar gate commands; limits come from phome.limite.<n> and casa.limite.<n> (use .* for unlimited). Without a limit permission, creation is blocked.
• Homes are saved per-player in homes.yml, names are case-insensitive, and tab-complete suggests your saved casas/phomes when using teleport commands.
• Movement detection during teleport is sensitive to small position changes; moving cancels the countdown immediately to avoid unintended teleports.
