CUSTOMITEM2 mod notes

• Added the Radioactive Isotope item (stack size 16) with a custom neon green vial texture.
• The item appears in the Creative Inventory under Ingredients; you can also use /give @s customitem2:radioactive_isotope.
• Holding the isotope in either hand poisons every living entity within about 5 blocks, including the holder, keeping the radiation effect active while carried.
• The mod is marked client-side and works in single-player or on servers that also load the mod.
• Future ideas: add Geiger counter audio, shielding gear, or adjustable radiation radius/strength.
