• On every join, players are immediately mounted on a freshly spawned, tamed donkey equipped with a saddle.
• Players receive a full leather armor set; empty armor slots auto-equip, otherwise the pieces are added to inventory (leftovers drop at their feet if full).
• An iron tool kit (sword, pickaxe, axe, shovel, hoe) is granted on each join; any overflow is dropped at the player's location.
• Donkeys are set to despawn when far from players to reduce clutter, but repeated joins will still spawn new mounts nearby.
• If inventories are crowded, items may drop on the ground—pick them up promptly to avoid despawn or other players taking them.
