• Automatically equips players with a full leather armor set on every join.
• Provides an iron starter kit (sword, pickaxe, axe, shovel, hoe) on join; overflow items drop at the player's feet if the inventory is full.
• Spawns a saddled, tamed donkey at the player's location and mounts the player immediately; the donkey is kept from despawning so it stays available.
• Rejoining will repeat the gear grant and donkey spawn, so extra tools or multiple donkeys may accumulate unless cleared manually.
