• Every player now joins the server already mounted on a freshly spawned, saddled donkey that is tamed to them and kept adult.
• Join event also equips the player with a full leather armor set, replacing existing armor slots.
• Iron tools (sword, pickaxe, axe, shovel, hoe) are granted on each join; previous copies of those tools are removed first to avoid duplicates.
• The donkey is set to stay loaded (setRemoveWhenFarAway(false)), so it will remain where the player leaves it unless removed manually.
• Rejoining always provides a new donkey and re-applies the starter gear, which may replace any armor the player was wearing.
