Excavator Pickaxe

Adds a new Excavator Pickaxe item that mines like a diamond pickaxe and keeps the same enchantment compatibility and durability profile.
Breaking a block with the Excavator Pickaxe also breaks the surrounding 2×2 area on the face you are mining; neighbors drop their normal resources and cost durability. The square is oriented by the side you hit and the quadrant of the face you click.
Works in singleplayer/integrated worlds; the effect only triggers when you are holding the Excavator Pickaxe in your main hand.
The item appears in the Tools creative tab. Texture highlights a blaze-rod-inspired head with an obsidian handle and diamond-colored accents.
