Item Drop Toggle

Never accidentally drop your sword in PvP again!

This mod lets you turn off your drop key (Q) when you need to focus on combat. No more embarrassing moments where you toss your best gear at your enemy!

Features

How to Use

  1. Open the pause menu by pressing ESC while playing
  2. Look for the button that says either:
    • "Disable Item Drop (Q)" - if drops are currently on
    • "Enable Item Drop (Q)" - if drops are currently off
  3. Click the button to toggle your drop key
  4. You'll see a message in chat confirming the change

Tip: The button is color-coded! Red means drops are ON (click to disable), green means drops are OFF (click to enable).

Tips & Tricks

  • Before PvP fights: Disable drops so you don't accidentally throw your weapon
  • When building: Enable drops to clear inventory quickly
  • The setting stays even if you close and reopen the pause menu

Known Limitations

  • Currently no way to toggle via a hotkey (must use the pause menu button)
  • Setting resets when you restart Minecraft (doesn't save between sessions)
