lifestalmod summary

  • Lifesteal loop: players start with 10 hearts tracked server-side. Death removes 1 heart; the killer (if a different player) gains 1 heart and 150 coins. If a player hits 0 hearts they are banned for 2 days and, once the ban expires, they return with 5 hearts and fresh health. Max hearts are capped at 30, and health is resynced to the tracked heart count on join.
  • Money and shop: everyone begins with 500 coins. Use /lifesteal balance to view coins, /lifesteal pay <player> <amount> to transfer, and the shop menu (/lifesteal shop categories|list <category>|buy <category> <item> [quantity]) to purchase items from gear, ores, redstone, blocks, and decorations (e.g., diamond sword, ancient debris, redstone dust, obsidian, lanterns). If inventory is full, purchases drop at the player’s feet.
  • Heart crafting: a Heart Gem item is registered; consuming it grants +1 heart up to the cap. Recipe (crafting table): gold_block G on corners, ghast_tear T on the top/bottom middle, diamond D on the left/right middle, nether_star N in the center (pattern GTG / DND / GTG).
  • Commands and ranks: /lifesteal or /ls shows stats (hearts, coins, rank). Rank labels are automatic by permission level (owner >=4, admin >=3, mod >=2, else player). /hearts is an alias for the lifesteal command tree; /lifesteal hearts <amount> [player] requires permission level 2 for manual heart grants. /shop is an alias to the shop subtree.
  • Persistence and resets: stats use scoreboard storage keyed to player names. New players initialize at 10 hearts/500 coins. Players who return after a ban are auto-restored to 5 hearts and cleared of the ban flag; other joins resync health to the stored heart total.
