Limitless Enchants
- What it does: Removes experience and lapis costs from anvils and enchanting tables (toggleable), bypasses the “Too Expensive” gate, and raises all enchantment caps up to level 255 (configurable).
- Configuration: Defaults are Free Anvil = on, Free Enchanting = on, Max Level Limit = on with a cap of 255. Settings are saved in
config/limitlessenchants.jsonand update immediately when changed. - ModMenu GUI: A ModMenu entry provides toggles for Free Anvil, Free Enchanting, and whether to enforce the Max Level Limit, plus a slider to pick the max enchant level (1–255). Changing values saves the config.
- Behavior details: Anvils no longer charge or block output for high costs when Free Anvil is enabled. Enchanting tables skip XP/lapis checks and costs when Free Enchanting is enabled. Enchantment max levels obey the configured cap whenever the limit toggle is on.
- Notes: ModMenu is optional but required for the in-game config screen; settings can also be edited directly in the JSON config.
