Crafting netherite items on a workbench using the same materials as when crafting on a blacksmith table
NetheriteCraftFix adds crafting table upgrades for diamond gear using the same items required at a smithing table. Combine a Netherite Upgrade Smithing Template, a Netherite Ingot, and the matching diamond tool or armor piece to craft its netherite version directly in a crafting grid. The template and ingot are consumed with each craft.
The mod is server-side only and registers a simple entrypoint to enable the new recipes. Recipes cover swords, pickaxes, axes, shovels, hoes, helmets, chestplates, leggings, and boots.
Known limitation: Crafting table upgrades create a fresh netherite item, so enchantments, names, and durability from the diamond item are not preserved.
