Orbital Cannon Rod

• Added the Orbital Cannon Rod item: a fishing-rod-based weapon that right-clicks to launch 11 expanding rings of primed TNT, raining explosions around your aim direction. TNT has a short fuse and benefits from a brief cooldown to limit spam.
• Crafting: shaped recipe with 3 sticks and 2 TNT (S=stick, T=TNT) arranged as ST / S T / S to yield one rod.
• Melee hits with the rod deal an extra 11 hearts of damage; the rod has 512 durability and still works like a rod for swing animations.
• Item shows up in the Tools tab and uses the vanilla fishing rod appearance for compatibility with standard clients.
• Notes/limitations: spawning large amounts of TNT can be performance-heavy and will damage terrain unless explosions are disabled; clients should load the mod or a matching resource pack to see the custom item without missing textures.
