Pallante's Eternal Enchantments

• Added the Infinite Night Vision enchantment (rare, max level 1) for helmets. While worn, it continuously refreshes a hidden Night Vision effect so there are no particles, no status icons, and no vanilla blinking.
• The hidden effect is reapplied before it reaches the blink window and is removed when the enchanted helmet is taken off, leaving other Night Vision sources untouched.
• A dedicated creative tab, "Eternal Enchantments," includes the enchanted book for quick access in Creative mode.
• The enchanted book can also drop in world loot with low-to-medium odds from structures such as stronghold libraries (higher chance), ancient cities, bastion treasure rooms, jungle temples, dungeons, and shipwreck treasure chests.

Notes and suggestions

• Enchantment only works on helmets; other armor pieces are unaffected.
• Consider adding more eternal-style enchantments or configurable loot chances in future updates.
