PhantomFusion

Overview

PhantomFusion lets server admins create special fusion machines where players can combine two Pokemon into a new one! Set up fusion machines around your world and let players discover exciting new Pokemon combinations.

Features

  • Create fusion machines at any location using admin commands
  • Players interact with machines by right-clicking with a Blaze Rod
  • Visual menu shows which slots are filled (red = empty, green = filled)
  • Configurable fusion recipes - decide which Pokemon can fuse and what they create
  • Single-player sessions - only one person can use a machine at a time
  • Timeout protection - Pokemon return to the player if fusion isn't completed in time

How to Use

For Admins (Setting Up Machines):

  1. Stand where you want the first Pokemon position and run /fuse poke1
  2. Stand where you want the machine and run /fuse machinecreate
  3. The fusion machine is now ready! Players can right-click it with a Blaze Rod to use

For Players:

  1. Find a fusion machine and right-click it while holding a Blaze Rod
  2. You'll see a menu with two red glass panes - click one to add a Pokemon
  3. Type a number 1-6 to pick which party slot Pokemon to add
  4. Add Pokemon to both slots (they'll turn green when filled)
  5. Click the middle button to fuse them!
  6. Open the machine again to claim your new fused Pokemon

Configuring Fusion Recipes:

Edit config/phantomfusion_recipes.json on your server to add custom fusion combinations. Each recipe has:

  • pokemon1: First Pokemon species name
  • pokemon2: Second Pokemon species name
  • result: The Pokemon that gets created

Example: {"pokemon1": "Pikachu", "pokemon2": "Eevee", "result": "Raichu"}

Tips & Tricks

  • Machines only work with Blaze Rods - give these to players you want to allow fusing
  • If a player starts adding Pokemon but doesn't finish, they'll get their Pokemon back after the timeout
  • Fusion order doesn't matter - Pikachu + Eevee works the same as Eevee + Pikachu
  • Only ops (permission level 2+) can create fusion machines

Known Limitations

  • Fusion machines are temporary and won't persist through server restarts (they're created per-session)
  • The fusion result Pokemon starts at the higher level of the two input Pokemon
  • Currently only works with exact species name matches in the config
