Philosopher Stone Mod

Overview

This mod adds the legendary Philosopher Stone to Minecraft! Use it to upgrade your netherite armor and tools into even more powerful philosopher versions. You can also combine a chestplate with elytra for the ultimate flying armor.

Features

• Philosopher Stone: A mystical crafting component made from a nether star, netherite ingot, diamond, and echo shard
• Philosopher Armor Set: Upgraded netherite armor with enhanced durability and protection
• Philosopher Tools: Enhanced versions of all netherite tools (pickaxe, axe, shovel, hoe, sword)
• Chestplate Elytra: Combines the protection of a netherite chestplate with the flight of elytra

How to Use

Crafting the Philosopher Stone

Combine these items in a crafting table (shapeless recipe):

• 1 Nether Star
• 1 Netherite Ingot
• 1 Diamond
• 1 Echo Shard

Upgrading Gear

Use a Smithing Table to upgrade your items:

1. Template slot: Place the Philosopher Stone
2. Base slot: Place your netherite armor or tool
3. Addition slot: Add a netherite ingot

Creating the Chestplate Elytra

At a Smithing Table:

1. Template slot: Philosopher Stone
2. Base slot: Netherite Chestplate
3. Addition slot: Elytra

Tips & Tricks

• The philosopher stone is reusable in smithing recipes (it acts as a template)
• Philosopher gear has 4x the durability of netherite
• All philosopher items have epic rarity (purple name)
• The chestplate elytra lets you fly without sacrificing armor protection

Known Limitations

• Custom textures may appear as missing (purple/black checkerboard) until the build pipeline generates proper assets
• The chestplate elytra uses the same durability system as regular elytra
