Soul Mod - Player Guide

What is Soul Mod?

Soul Mod adds a powerful soul system to Minecraft that lets you craft special soul items, bind them to hotkeys, and combine them into legendary abilities. Harvest souls from mobs, craft artificial souls with unique powers, and fuse them together to unlock incredible abilities like flight, teleportation, and more!

Features

Soul Crafting: Create soul vessels and artificial souls (Dash, Shield, Vision) using simple recipes
Soul Binding: Bind up to 6 different souls to hotkeys (V, G, R, Z, X, C) for instant activation
Soul Harvesting: Use the Soul Harvester Blade to collect soul orbs from defeated mobs
Fusion Altar: Combine souls at the Fusion Altar to create powerful fusions with enhanced abilities
Progression System: Level up your souls through use to unlock stronger effects
PVP Rewards: Defeat other players to claim their souls and gain their abilities

How to Use

Getting Started

Craft a Soul Vessel using 4 Iron Nuggets + 1 Glass Bottle
Craft an Artificial Soul (Dash, Shield, or Vision) using a Soul Vessel + cheap ingredients
Right-click a soul item to bind it to one of your 6 hotkey slots

Using Your Souls

Press V, G, R, Z, X, or C to instantly activate a bound soul ability
Each ability has a 10-second cooldown between uses
Abilities last until you die or log out
Use the Soul Harvester Blade to collect soul orbs from mobs (50% drop chance)

Fusion Altar

Place the Fusion Altar block in your world
Right-click it to open the fusion interface
Place souls in the slots and click "Fuse" to combine them
Fused souls create powerful new abilities!

Soul Types & Abilities

Dash Soul: Quick forward burst for mobility
Shield Soul: 3 seconds of Resistance II for protection
Vision Soul: Night Vision for seeing in the dark
Fused Souls: Combine multiple souls for legendary abilities

Tips & Tricks

Bind your most-used souls to easy-to-reach keys
Use the Soul Harvester Blade on different mobs to collect variety
Fuse souls strategically to match your playstyle
Higher essence levels (gained by using souls) boost ability effects by 50%
In PVP, defeating players drops their souls for you to use!

Known Limitations

Soul abilities are currently basic implementations (full visual effects and advanced mechanics coming soon)
Fusion altar GUI is functional but minimal
Some legendary fusions are not yet fully implemented
Custom death messages are not yet active
