swift strike

swift strike adds a single server-side enchantment focused on slowing down weapon swings.

• Heavy Strike enchantment: Applies to weapons and reduces attack speed multiplicatively (about -12% at level 1, -20% at level 2, -28% at level 3). Works from the main hand on any item in the standard weapon enchanting tags.
• Natural availability: Shows up in overworld-generated chests (including structures like villages, temples, dungeons, portals, etc.) as an enchanted book with a modest chance, and can also be obtained through normal enchanting since it has a regular weight and costs.
• Identifiers: Mod ID swiftstrike, enchantment ID swiftstrike:heavy_strike. Translation entry is present for the enchantment name.
• Environment: Server-only Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.21.1; no client assets beyond the language entry are required.
• Notes/limits: The enchantment only affects attack speed and does not alter damage; existing attack speed modifiers on items still apply before the Heavy Strike reduction.
