Cobblemon Clear

Cobblemon Clear adds a timed sweep that removes Cobblemon Pokémon entities to reduce lag while keeping protected species safe.

Key behavior:

• Runs server-side only; a countdown ticks every server tick and clears when it reaches zero, then restarts.
• Players receive chat notices at configured warning times and after each clear when announceClears is true.
• Whitelisted species stay in the world, and by default owned/NPC Pokémon are skipped so only wild spawns are removed.

Configuration (auto-created at config/cobblemonclear.json on first launch):

• enabled: master toggle for the scheduler.
• clearIntervalSeconds: how often to clear (seconds); set to 0 to disable.
• warningTimesSeconds: list of second marks to warn players before clearing.
• whitelist: species IDs to protect (accepts namespace:path or just the species name).
• includePlayerOwned: set true to allow clearing Pokémon that belong to players/NPCs; default false keeps them safe.
• announceClears: show warning/result messages to players.

Notes:

• The clear pass scans each loaded world within the world border bounds.
• Edit the config and restart/reload the server to apply changes.***
