Demon slayer

What this mod adds

• Demon Slayer themed server gameplay: selectable breathing styles, ranked nichirin blades, and demon encounters.
• Breathing styles (/demonslayer breathing set|use|info) grant themed buffs with a short cooldown; styles include Water, Flame, and Thunder.
• Demon summoning for operators (/demonslayer demon spawn <count>) spawns tagged, buffed zombies marked as demons; killing them counts toward progression.
• Ranked swords (/demonslayer sword <rank>) for ops give nichirin blades with bonus damage to demons; ranks range from Mizunoto up to Hashira.
• Advancements: pick up a nichirin to start, use breathing for “Breathing Mastery,” slay a demon for “Demon Hunter,” and claim a Hashira blade for “Hashira Prestige.”

Usage and notes

• Players can set and activate breathing styles themselves; effects are instant and have an 8-second cooldown.
• Demon spawns and sword giving are restricted to permission level 2+.
• Advancements beyond the root are granted automatically when breathing is used, demons are slain, or a Hashira blade is received.

Known limitations / future ideas

• Breathing style choice is stored in-memory; it resets if the server restarts.
• Demons use strengthened zombies with vanilla visuals; a client resource pack/mod would be needed for unique models or textures.
• Sword stats follow their material defaults; deeper differentiation (abilities, particles, custom models) would need client-side assets or additional logic.

✅ Server validation passed - The mod was tested on a real Minecraft server and loaded successfully.
