Survival Tips
- Tornadoes: Get underground or in a sturdy structure. The funnel will pull you in and throw you around!
- Earthquakes: Avoid tall structures and cliffs. Find open ground away from buildings.
- Tsunamis: Climb to high ground immediately. The wave will flood everything in its path.
- Volcanoes: Stay far away - the heat, lava, and falling debris are deadly.
- Meteor Showers: Underground shelter is safest. Watch for fires after impact!
- Hurricanes: Stay indoors and away from windows. The winds are strongest at the center.
- Thunderstorms: Avoid high places and metal. The lightning strikes are relentless.
Tips & Tricks
- Disasters naturally spawn based on chance - toggle them off if you want a peaceful build session
- Higher severity means longer duration and more destruction
- Multiple disasters can be active at once for maximum chaos
- Use the list command to check what's currently happening
- Some disasters like hurricanes move slowly across the landscape
Known Limitations
- This is a server-side mod - client-side visual effects are limited
- Large-scale disasters may cause temporary lag on lower-end servers
- Block destruction is permanent - make backups of important worlds!
