Karate Godjurio adds a level-scaling self-heal when you fight with your bare hands. Punching any living target with an empty main hand restores health: 0.5 heart base plus 0.1 heart per experience level, capped at 5 hearts per hit. Healing only triggers when you are missing health and not in spectator mode.

Known notes:

• Healing does not trigger if your health is already full.
• There is no extra cooldown beyond the normal attack speed, so repeated punches can top you up quickly at high levels; adjust via config/code if you want stricter pacing.
