Magic Wand X

Magic Wand X is a server-side Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 that adds seven distinct wands, each mapped onto vanilla items so players with unmodded clients can use them.

• Blazing Wand (blaze rod) fires a small fireball and lights your target point.
• Stormcall Wand (amethyst shard) strikes lightning where you aim.
• Frostbite Wand (prismarine crystals) chills nearby mobs around the targeted block, slowing and weakening them while dusting the area with snow.
• Restoration Wand (ghast tear) heals, grants regeneration, absorption, and brief resistance.
• Tempest Wand (feather) blasts nearby mobs away and gives you short slow-fall.
• Earthward Wand (heart of the sea) grants strength and resistance while rattling nearby foes and laying mossy footing.
• Riftstep Wand (echo shard) blinks you toward your crosshair if there is safe space, leaving a glowing portal cloud.

Usage:

• Operators can run /magicwandx list to see wand ids.
• /magicwandx give <player> <wandId> hands someone a specific wand; if run as a player you can omit the target to receive it yourself.
• Right-click while holding a wand to trigger its ability. Cooldowns and a short description appear in the lore. Wands are unbreakable and rely on NBT tags, not custom items or textures.

Notes and limitations:

• Blink checks for space and will refuse to teleport if the landing area is blocked.
• Frostbite and Earthward place snow or moss carpets when there is solid support; abilities that light fire or place blocks require the user to have permission to modify the area.
