Mining Bomb (server-side NeoForge, MC 1.20.2)
- Adds a server-only mining bomb that clears an 8×8×8 cube and only drops ore loot. Non-ore blocks are removed without drops; unbreakables like bedrock are ignored.
- Right-click a block with a Mining Bomb (special TNT with the
MiningBombtag) to trigger the blast instantly; a short explosion sound/particles play where you clicked. - Crafting: shaped recipe
G R G / R T R / G R G(G=Gunpowder, R=Redstone dust, T=TNT) produces the tagged Mining Bomb with a gold name. Recipe unlocks when you have TNT and redstone. - Command:
/miningbomb(permission level 2) gives the tagged bomb to the running player; if the inventory is full it drops at your feet. - Compatible with vanilla clients because it adds no custom registries or assets; it only uses data-pack recipes and server events.
