Notorious chase

• Hostile mobs spawn without armor and upgrade every minute based on their own age: none → leather → chainmail → iron → diamond. Armor drop chances are disabled to avoid easy loot.
• While the Ender Dragon is alive, hostile mobs automatically retarget the nearest survival/adventure player within roughly 128 blocks; creative and spectator players are ignored.
• Once the Ender Dragon is already dead or gets slain, the hunting and armor escalation features shut off for new spawns, and tracked mobs stop chasing.
• Behavior runs on the server side only; no client installation is needed for players.
• Known limits: respawning the Ender Dragon will not currently re-enable the special behavior, and mobs briefly appear unarmored when they load until their age-based tier catches up.
