Alpha Mobs

Overview

Alpha Mobs adds rare, powerful variants to all hostile monsters in Minecraft. When exploring, you might encounter an Alpha version of a zombie, skeleton, creeper, or any other hostile mob. These elite creatures are bigger, faster, stronger, and tougher than their normal counterparts.

Features

• Alpha Variants: All hostile mobs have a 5% chance to spawn as Alpha versions
• Bigger & Stronger: Alpha mobs are 1.5x larger with doubled health, 75% more damage, and 30% faster movement
• Spawn Alerts: When an Alpha mob appears, all players in the dimension receive a chat notification with its exact coordinates
• Visual Difference: Alpha mobs are visibly larger, making them easy to spot

How to Use

No commands or setup needed! The mod works automatically:

1. Play normally - explore caves, dungeons, or dark areas where hostile mobs spawn
2. Watch for alerts - When an Alpha variant spawns, you'll see a red warning message with coordinates
3. Prepare for battle - Alpha mobs hit harder and can take more punishment
4. Track them down - Use the coordinates from the alert to find (or avoid) the Alpha mob

Tips & Tricks

• Alpha mobs give the same loot as normal mobs, so fight them for the challenge, not the rewards
• The spawn alert shows exact coordinates, making it easy to find or avoid them
• Since they're faster, running away might be harder than fighting
• Bring extra healing items when exploring - you never know when an Alpha will appear!

Known Limitations

• Alpha mobs don't have unique textures yet (they're just scaled up versions)
