The Hollow

The Hollow Mod Overview

• Adds a new horror-themed dimension called The Hollow, reachable through a crafted voidstone portal opened with the Hollow Key.
• Introduces the Hollow Wastes biome: dark fog, ash particles, fixed-night lighting, and sparse terrain patterned after the End for a bleak landscape.
• New blocks and items: Voidstone (frame material) and Hollow Key (activates portals), plus a spawn egg for testing encounters.
• Stalker mobs lurk in the Hollow Wastes, emitting smoke, hunting players, and dropping experience; they can also be spawned via the provided egg.
• Portal usage: craft voidstone, place a block, right-click it with a Hollow Key to convert it into a Hollow Portal; stepping through toggles travel between the Overworld and The Hollow.

Notes and Tips

• Portals are single-block gateways—break the portal block or replace voidstone to remove them.
• The Hollow uses perpetual night lighting; bring light sources and gear before entering.
• Stalkers spawn more often in darkness; if you need breathing room, light up the area around the portal return spot.
• Recipes: Voidstone (obsidian + black dye + deepslate, shapeless, yields two) and Hollow Key (echo shard with iron and obsidian).
