Juggernaut system for Paper 1.21.10

• Craft a Jug Key (shapeless): 2 Netherite Ingots, 3 Diamonds, and 4 Emeralds. The key is a glowing Nether Star item—right-click it to claim the Juggernaut title if no online Juggernaut is active (or if you’re reclaiming from an offline holder).
• Becoming the Juggernaut grants full enchanted netherite armor (Protection IV, Unbreaking III, Mending), a netherite sword with Sharpness V, Sweeping Edge III, Unbreaking III, Mending, a reinforced shield, two enchanted golden apples, and a totem. Existing gear is moved into your inventory and overflow is dropped at your feet.
• Life rules: everyone starts with 10 lives; normal deaths cost 1 life, Juggernaut deaths cost 3. Hitting 0 lives triggers an automatic ban and kick.
• Juggernaut transfer: when the Juggernaut dies, they lose the role; if a player killed them, that killer instantly becomes the new Juggernaut and receives the gear. If no killer exists, the role clears until someone uses a Jug Key.
• Command: /jugger shows your remaining lives and the current Juggernaut holder.
• Persistence: lives and the current Juggernaut UUID are stored in the plugin config so progress survives restarts.
