Overview

Beyond Death transforms death from a game-over into an opportunity! When you die, a special menu appears giving you the power to become a ghost with supernatural abilities OR rewind time 5 minutes like Re:Zero's Return by Death.

Features

👻 Ghost Mode

• Phase Through Blocks: Walk through any block like a true spirit
• Possess Mobs: Right-click any mob (except bosses) to control it
• Spectator Flight: Fly freely while in ghost form
• 5-Minute Limit: Ghost mode lasts for 5 minutes before auto-reviving you
• Invisibility: Become completely invisible to other players and mobs

⏰ Return by Death (Rewind)

• Inspired by Re:Zero anime
• Rewinds your player state 5 minutes into the past
• Restores your exact position, inventory, health, hunger, and experience
• Only available if you've been alive for at least 10 seconds

Death Choice Menu

When you die, you get 10 seconds to choose:

1. Become a Ghost - Enter ghost mode with special abilities
2. Rewind 5 Minutes - Return by Death time reversal
3. Respawn - Normal respawn at your spawn point

How to Use

When You Die:

1. Wait for the death choice menu to appear (automatic)
2. Click one of three options:
   • Ghost: Get supernatural powers for 5 minutes
   • Rewind: Go back in time 5 minutes with everything restored
   • Respawn: Normal death respawn

Ghost Mode Controls:

• Right-click mob → Possess it and control its movements
• Shift/Sneak → Release possession and return to free ghost form
• Walk into blocks → Automatically phase through them
• Fly → You have unlimited flight in ghost mode

Ghost Mode HUD:

While a ghost, you'll see:

• Ghost Mode indicator at the top
• Countdown timer showing time until auto-revive
• Current possession status (if possessing a mob)
• Help text with controls

Tips & Tricks

• Use ghost mode to escape dangerous situations or explore unreachable areas
• Possess hostile mobs to scout dangerous areas safely
• The rewind feature is perfect for recovering from unexpected deaths
• You can possess passive mobs like cows or chickens for fun
• Ghost mode ends automatically after 5 minutes with full health restoration

Known Limitations

• Rewind requires at least 10 seconds of gameplay history to function
• Cannot possess boss mobs (Ender Dragon, Wither)
• Ghost abilities only work while in ghost form (after choosing "Become a Ghost")
• Menu auto-selects respawn after 10 seconds if no choice is made
