make a mod which sets a 10 min timer when someone enters the end and if they dont beat the ender dragon within that time then they get killed.

End lock mod notes
- Server-only NeoForge mod (MC 1.21.1) that enforces a 10-minute countdown when a player enters the End while an Ender Dragon is alive.
- On entering or logging into the End, a timer starts; if the dragon remains alive when it expires, the player is killed with a warning message.
- Timers automatically clear for all players once the dragon dies or if no dragon is present when the timer would start.
- Re-entering the End refreshes the countdown; logging out removes the pending timer for that player.
- Limitations: if a dragon is respawned while players stay in the End without changing dimensions or relogging, a new timer will not begin until they trigger another entry/login event.
