Infinity Gauntlet

Make me a mod for hytale that implements an item called the infinity gauntlet along with 6 infinity stones called the mind stone, time stone, power stone,...

hytaleServer2026.1mod

Infinity Gauntlet adds seven custom items (the gauntlet plus six stones) and wires each to a server-side ability.

What's included

  • Items register at startup via the built-in item asset store using IDs under the "infinitygauntlet" namespace (e.g., infinitygauntlet:space_stone). Textures/icons fall back to the default unknown texture.
  • Players receive the gauntlet and all six stones when they join; items are added to the hotbar when possible, otherwise to storage.
  • Space Stone: right/primary use teleports you either to the targeted block (offset slightly above it) or 12 blocks forward based on current facing.
  • Mind Stone: toggles flight/glide movement flags on and off so you can take to the air or drop back down.
  • Power Stone: activates a 20s flat damage boost. While active, your next strikes deal an extra burst of damage; if the bonus drops a target to 0 or below it is removed.
  • Time Stone: jumps the world time to the opposite half of the day (day→night or night→day) using the world time resource.
  • Soul Stone: fully restores the user's health stat.
  • Reality Stone: toggles the HiddenFromAdventurePlayers component to hide or reveal the player from others.

Usage notes and limitations

  • The mod relies on server-side components only; there are no bundled textures or models. Items will display with the default unknown look unless custom assets are added separately.
  • The power boost applies on interaction events against entities and uses a simple flat subtraction from health stats rather than the full combat pipeline.
  • Flight and invisibility are toggles; reuse the stone to switch them off. Power and time effects can be re-triggered whenever needed.
  • Teleport targeting uses the interacted block when available; otherwise it uses facing to move roughly 12 blocks ahead, which may not account for collisions.
