Overview

LetMeShoot makes using bows and crossbows feel way smoother in Minecraft. Normally there's a weird delay when you switch to a bow that prevents you from shooting right away - this mod removes that annoying limitation. It also adds a cool feature where your bow automatically fires when you switch away from it while it's pulled back.

Features

• Instant Shooting - Start firing your bow or crossbow immediately after switching to it in your hotbar (no more annoying delay!)
• Auto-Fire on Switch - If you have your bow drawn back and switch to a different item, the arrow fires automatically instead of just being cancelled
• Works with Crossbows Too - Both regular bows and crossbows benefit from these improvements

How to Use

1. Install the mod - Drop the JAR file into your mods folder like any other Fabric mod
2. Switch to your bow - Pick up a bow or crossbow from your hotbar
3. Shoot right away - You can immediately right-click to start drawing the bow - no waiting!
4. Auto-fire trick - Pull back your bow, then press a hotbar number to switch items. Your arrow will fire automatically before the switch happens!

Tips & Tricks

• Great for PvP situations where you need to quickly switch between sword and bow
• Use the auto-fire feature to time your shots perfectly while repositioning
• Works seamlessly with enchanted bows (Power, Infinity, Flame, etc.)

Known Limitations

• This is a client-side only mod - it works on any server (vanilla or modded) but needs to be installed on your client
• The auto-fire feature triggers when you press a hotbar key while drawing your bow
