MoonSmith (Sword Only)

• Added an admin-only MoonSmith Blade obtainable with /moonsmith sword (ops level 4+). The command accepts an optional target player; otherwise it gives the sword to the executor. If the recipient’s inventory is full, the sword drops at their feet.
• The blade is a netherite-tier weapon with a custom dash: right-click launches you in the direction you’re facing, cancels fall distance briefly, leaves an End Rod particle trail, and has a short cooldown to prevent spamming.
• On hit, the blade launches the target upward/forward and emits a moonburst that damages and highlights nearby entities within a small radius.
• The sword appears in the Combat creative tab for quick testing, but normal players cannot obtain it via the command.
• Assets include a custom moonlit sword texture (assets/moonsmithswordonly/textures/item/moonsmith_sword.png) and matching model/lang entries so the item renders and is named “MoonSmith Blade.”

Limitations / notes:

• The dash relies on server-side velocity; extremely high-latency players may feel slight desync during the dash.
• No durability tweaks beyond the default netherite base; adjust in code if you want it unbreakable or further tuned.
