MultiFrameGen
Overview
MultiFrameGen is a frame generation mod that boosts your FPS by using AI to create extra frames between the ones your game normally renders. It works like DLSS Frame Generation but for any graphics card, making your game look smoother without requiring a powerful GPU.
Features
- AI Frame Generation: Creates new frames between existing ones using optical flow estimation and neural network interpolation
- Reflex Mode: Reduces input lag to keep gameplay responsive even with frame generation enabled
- Adjustable Multiplier: Choose how many frames to generate (1x-4x) for the perfect balance of smoothness and performance
- Works at Any FPS: Frame generation activates regardless of your current framerate
How to Use
- Open the Video Settings menu in Minecraft
- Look for the new "Frame Generation" options at the bottom
- Toggle "Frame Generation" ON to enable the feature
- Adjust the "Frame Multiplier" slider (2x is recommended for most players)
- Toggle "Reflex Mode" ON for reduced input lag
Tips & Tricks
- Start with 2x multiplier and increase if your PC can handle it
- Keep Reflex Mode ON for the best gaming experience
- Lower your render distance slightly if you experience any stuttering
- The mod works best when your base FPS is stable
Known Limitations
- First launch may take a moment to initialize the frame generation system
- Very high multipliers (4x) may cause visual artifacts in fast-moving scenes
- Works best with VSync disabled
