Spectator

Overview: Spectator is a creepy server-side horror mod. A sentient shadow stalks players, creeping closer when you look away, feeding on fear, and warping the world with strange glitches and jump scares.

Features:

• Fear meter that climbs in darkness and when you’re alone, unlocking worse effects.
• The Spectator entity follows when unseen, vanishes when stared at, and toys with your nerves.
• Glitches: distorted messages, fake disconnects, creepy sounds, vision scrambles, and sudden status effects.
• Layered jump scares that arrive in stages instead of one loud blast.

How to Use:

1. Play as normal—the Spectator spawns on its own when your fear rises.
2. Admins can run /spectator spawn to summon it, /spectator clear to dismiss it, and /spectator fear to check a player’s fear.
3. For testing, /spectator trigger glitch or /spectator trigger jumpscare fires effects instantly (ops only).

Tips & Tricks:

• Stay in bright, busy areas to keep fear down.
• If whispers and flickers start, stop moving and look around; it hates being seen.
• Bring a friend—being alone makes it bolder.

Known Limitations:

• Visual glitches are server-driven; client shaders or mods might change how they look.
