• Added a server-only Pixelmon addon that lets players scan a Pokemon with the Pokedex to view its IVs and EVs.

• The mod listens on the server interaction event only; no client assets or registries are introduced, keeping it compatible with Pixelmon servers without extra client files.
• Uses Pixelmon's existing Pokedex item (pixelmon:pokedex) and reads the Pokemon data directly from the entity for accurate values.
• Known limits: only works when interacting directly with a Pixelmon entity, and messaging is text-only; it does not change the default Pokedex GUI or other interactions.
