Overview

Futuristic Glasses is a high-tech Minecraft mod that gives you a powerful pair of glasses with three amazing abilities. Put them on your head like a helmet and switch between Laser Eyes, Mob Analysis, and X-Ray Vision modes to dominate your world!

How to Use

Getting Started

  1. Craft or obtain the Futuristic Glasses item
  2. Equip them in your helmet slot
  3. Look at the HUD at the top of your screen to see your current mode

Keybindings

  • G Key: Switch between the three modes (Laser → Analyzing → X-Ray)
  • R Key: Activate the current mode's ability

Mode Instructions

Laser Eyes Mode (Red)

  • Press R to fire a powerful laser beam from your eyes
  • The laser travels up to 100 blocks and one-shots almost any entity
  • Cool particle effects show the laser path

Analyzing Mode (Cyan)

  • Look at any mob and press R to analyze it
  • Displays the mob's type, current/max health, and behavior classification
  • Hostile mobs are marked with a warning!

X-Ray Vision Mode (Green)

  • Automatically highlights all ores within a 20-block radius
  • Different colors for different ore types (diamonds = cyan, gold = yellow, etc.)
  • No button press needed - just look around!

Tips & Tricks

  • The glasses work best in Survival mode where the armor protection matters
  • Use Laser Eyes carefully - it can damage multiple mobs in a line
  • X-Ray Vision is perfect for finding that elusive diamond vein
  • Analyzing mode helps you decide whether to fight or flee from unknown mobs

Known Limitations

  • X-Ray Vision may impact performance on lower-end systems due to rendering many block outlines
  • Laser Eyes can sometimes hit through thin walls if entities are very close
