Totem Warning mod

• Provides a client-only warning overlay when your health drops to 3 hearts (6 health) or below.
• Displays semi-transparent red borders on the screen edges to draw attention.
• Shows a red hint next to the crosshair indicating where your Totem of Undying is: the hotbar number, "Offhand" if equipped there, or a notice if no totem is in the hotbar/offhand.
• Works automatically on login; no configuration or commands are required.
• Mod ID: totemwarning.

Known notes:

• The warning only appears when the HUD is visible and a player entity is present.
• Totems stored outside the hotbar/offhand are not highlighted; move one to the hotbar or offhand for a quick hotkey indicator.
