Fire Resistance II

• Added a Fire Resistance II potion brewed in a stand by combining any Fire Resistance potion with Glowstone Dust (just like strong Speed).
• The potion lasts 1.5 minutes and keeps the vanilla fire immunity; while active it heals the drinker for half a heart each second when they are in lava or burning.
• Splash/lingering/tipped arrow variants inherit the Fire Resistance II name and behavior through the standard brewing conversions.
• Runs as a server-side Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.21; the mixin hooks the brewing defaults to register the new glowstone recipe.
• Limitation: the healing only triggers when the player is on fire or touching lava and does not speed up outside those conditions.
