Smart Farming

A Minecraft mod that automatically harvests and replants entire crop fields with a simple keypress.

Overview

Smart Farming makes managing your farm effortless by automatically detecting and harvesting all connected crops of the same type when you break one, then replanting them if you have the required seeds in your inventory.

Features

Mass Harvest

• When you break a fully grown crop, all connected crops of the same type are automatically harvested
• Uses smart detection to find connected crops in your farm
• Works with any crop type including vanilla and mod crops

Mass Replant

• Automatically replants harvested crops using seeds from your inventory
• Only replants as many crops as you have seeds for
• Stops replanting when you run out of seeds but continues to harvest

Crop Selection UI

• Press H to open the Smart Farming menu
• Choose which crop type the system should handle
• Only shows crops you've already discovered

Unlock System

• Crops appear in the UI once you've collected them
• Automatically tracks wheat, carrots, potatoes, beetroots, and more

How to Use

1. Select a Crop: Press H to open the Smart Farming menu, then click on the crop type you want to use.

2. Harvest: Break any fully grown crop of the selected type. The mod will automatically harvest all connected crops.

3. Replant: Make sure you have seeds in your inventory. The mod will replant the harvested crops automatically.

4. Repeat: Your farm will continue to grow and harvest automatically!

Tips & Tricks

• Keep plenty of seeds in your inventory for continuous replanting
• Build your crops in connected groups for best results
• You can select different crops at any time by pressing H

Known Limitations

• Only harvests crops that are fully grown
• Melon and pumpkin stems may not always connect properly due to how they grow
• Very large farms (over 1000 crops) may take longer to process
• Must have seeds in inventory to replant
